Bridging the gap between physical and mental health

Traditionally, the two worlds are divided but at GROW, we know that you may need both. There is no one or the other. Instead, we find the best approach for YOU.

You are not just your body parts.

You are an integrated system of mind, body and spirit that all work together, and should be cared for in that complete way.

Is your body talking?

Gillian has specialized training in treatment of Somatic Symptoms. These are physical symptoms in your body that are caused by distress. These symptoms are REAL, the medical system knows about them and we can help you with them.

We explore how you are doing with each of the Pillars of Mind-Body Health and the delicate balance that is uniquely yours

We help you feel more positive, energetic, confident and able to take on new challenges

It Takes A Village

On medication for depression or anxiety but don’t want to be? We understand. Let’s work together with your doctors to see what we can do. Need more specific work in one area than what we can provide? GROW works with a team of experts and will connect you with the right person.

Do I Need Psychotherapy or Coaching?

Imagine you drive the same road to work every day. It’s the only road that goes there. On the road there is a giant pothole. Every day, you hit that pothole. Sometimes it isn’t that bad but other times you hit it really hard and it does damage. Just thinking about it…

So What’s My Story?

Like many of you, I have been working extremely hard for years to create a life I was passionate about. For the last fifteen years I worked at a day job (that was inherently stressful), worked part-time evenings and weekends for extra money, and worked to build a business that would help people. As well, I was trying to walk the talk by exercising often, eating healthfully and keeping up a social schedule.

Slowly and invisibly, stress was making its mark.

I’m going to help you write the moment, without the moment writing you
