60 Days of Feeding Your Body – Mind Connection

Care for your mind-body connection with eight weeks of meal plans, mindfulness and psychotherapy techniques to help you build a strong foundation of health. Nourish & Grow is designed specifically to help you support your mind to feel less stress, less worry, more energy and an overall brighter outlook on your self and on life.

Private Mind-Body Psychotherapy Sessions

These sessions encompass the 5 Pillars of Mind-Body Health . We use psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioural therapy, emotion-focused therapy and narrative therapy to help you uncover and overcome areas that cause you stress and pain. Mindfulness is taught and practiced throughout to manage the feelings that arise, make meaning, and help you rise resilient. We customize these sessions to be more therapy, more lifestyle or more of what feels right for you. And, since sessions are online, you can be comfortable where ever feels best.
